As part of their wider exploration on the capacities and skills needed to achieve the Mission targets by 2030, PREP4BLUE partners CETMAR (Spain) have been running focus groups with key stakeholders to generate insights and recommendations on the pathways to support capacity building. 

One key output from these focus groups, was that social inclusion is critical for the success of the Mission and should be enhanced. Based off this finding and leveraging their expertise in stakeholder engagement, CETMAR have published a series of guidelines for the promotion of gender equality and inclusivity in co-creation events. These guidelines will be of interest to anyone planning or implementing co-creation events for Mission stakeholders. 

The guidelines are currently available in both Spanish and English. Translation to Portuguese, Italian, and French is in progress.
