The first Annual Forum for EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030” took place in Brussels, on the 17th of February. The flagship event is the largest annual gathering of the Mission. Forum attendees had the chance to discover more about innovative approaches being applied to restore our ocean and waters, grow their network and learn how to be part of the Mission community.
The forum was a great opportunity for Mission actors, to meet, collaborate and find new ways to work together to promote the restoration of our ocean and waters. During the day a meeting took place between the coordinators from Mission CSAs BlueMissionAA, BlueMissionBANOS, BlueMissionMED, EcoDaLLI and PREP4BLUE, coordinators of the Mission Implementation Platform and the Mission managers John Bell and Kęstutis Sadauskas. During that meeting it was decided that all parties would work together, keep communication channels open and coordinate to promote the Mission to all stakeholders.
The second annual Mission forum will take place in early 2024.
